We value our time highly so are not looking at taking on many engagements and will be very selective. Here is an outline of our basic terms and conditions:
The Fingerprint Strategy is a unique and powerful approach to selling real estate and other unique products and services by appealing to those with the highest propensity to spend and the lowest price sensitivity. The returns to being able to sell at higher prices in shorter time periods are significant, especially when compared with the only other choices of waiting for the market to return or slashing prices. We are the only people in North America who have this approach and the research behind it.
Our fees reflect this reality.
We tailor our compensation to each individual project based upon the financial potential of the opportunity. Whether we are engaged to take over all elements of the marketing and sales or consult to adapt an existing program to the Fingerprint Strategy, we receive significant upfront remuneration. Our time is extremely valuable so we refrain from working for free, on a success only basis, or for people we don’t like.
