Bryan Woolley

Bryan is our “Grey Haired Maven”. He brings an incredible depth of knowledge and experience of business and real estate in many forms to the team.

Bryan has been in the real estate business since 1980 when he graduated from a business management program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He subsequently completed an Urban Land Economics program from the University of British Columbia.

He started in commercial real estate with Knowlton Realty, a boutique style brokerage, before moving on to the Bentall Group where he headed up property management and developed the equity lending business. In 1992, Bryan started Vigers Realty Ltd. to take advantage of connections in the Asian markets, subsequently changing the name to Maverick Real Estate Corporation. Since 1992 this firm has provided marketing and sales services to developers of multi-unit real estate in Hong Kong, Canada and the USA, with up to six office open in North America. More recently the firm has focused on Western Canada and Colorado. It has marketed, advised on and sold thousands of units with values exceeding $4 billion dollars.

Bryan has built a reputation as a straight talker who can make complexity simple and ultimately get the job done.

Bryan currently lives in North Vancouver B.C. with his wife Sherry, daughters Lisa and Shannon and dog Eli.
