Michelle Hughes

Michelle is the Evolver at Fingerprint. Yes, we want to be represented in all of the categories.

She graduated from the Marketing Management Program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2006. Bryan recruited her straight out of college having judged one of the competitions her class held for Real Estate Marketing.

Michelle immediately made an impact on our company. She manages the strategic execution of the projects we get involved with and oversees the day-to-day marketing issues through the firms we work with. Coordination and execution are paramount in both strategy and marketing. You can have an insightful strategy and a brilliant marketing plan but if they don’t happen they’re useless. This is where Michelle really shines – making sure that the execution happens on schedule and within the budget.

Michelle competed in over 100 bicycle races on a highly competitive level. Unfortunately her propensity to fall and break her bones cut her cycling career short and she has had the dubious honor of having been on crutches 30 times. This perhaps, gives you some idea of her determination.

Michelle is married to Josh (an absolute Traditional). They live in Fort Langley, BC with their cat Gracey.
