We want to be part of the solution not the problem. A big part. The economic realities of 2009 and beyond offer huge opportunities for those who can see them and have the “balls” to do what is necessary to capitalize on them.
The marketing model in North America is an anachronism, especially in real estate (and many other sectors too) and we want to change it. We will make our clients, partners and ourselves lots of money by creating a methodology to sell at higher prices that is anchored in the way our economy works now rather than looking to the past and “hoping” things return.
We have no desire to be the biggest, most famous or to spend time on things that just aren’t going to work. Life is too short. We want you to scrap your idea of what a marketing and sales firm does. We are leading a completely new model and are only going to be involved in the best opportunities across the continent.
