History

Fingerprint Strategies Inc. evolved from Maverick Project Sales & Marketing Corporation in the United States and Maverick Real Estate Corporation in Canada

Maverick was founded in 1992 as Vigers Realty to build a channel for North American real estate and business into Asia.  We had several successful years of selling multi-unit projects into the Hong Kong Market both for ourselves and for clients.

We expanded into project marketing and sales for third party real estate developers in Asia, the USA and Canada.  In 2000 Bryan Woolley had purchased all shares in Vigers and had renamed the company Maverick.  It grew to having 6 offices across North America.

Maverick has had a successful history with over $4 billion in consulting, marketing and sale assignments undertaken.

Maverick has built a reputation as a creative and innovative company that takes its work seriously, provides excellent advice and tells it like it is.  Having seen our business become increasingly commoditized we searched high and low for something different until we came across the NEO research. In early 2009, we completely rebuilt the model of project marketing and sales, orientated around the research of the Social Intelligence Lab. This model addresses the markets of 2009 and beyond, rather than looking backwards to an earlier time. We learned the lessons of the past and built for the future. Then we launched Fingerprint Strategies Inc. in April 2009.
