How We Work
The Fingerprint Strategy addresses the economic realities of today and the new market opportunities that are already emerging. We work only with people who want to move forward and have the resources and ability to do so. We expect to be paid well for what we do, whether it is for a new project, digging an existing one out of a hole or another style of engagement. We will ask lots of hard questions before we commit to an assignment and expect to be kept completely in the loop on all the big issues.
Our team is highly experienced and is an important part of what we do. Our key sub-trades are people that we’ve worked with before, understand the Fingerprint Strategy and are in sync with our approach.
We use technology to be more efficient and to reduce down time. That means that after we’ve been to a project and understand it, we accomplish more with less time and travel by using video and teleconferencing and other applications. If you are expecting a group of people to sit in your office in expensive suits for days on end, we aren’t your guys. If you want access to intelligence that can actively help you increase margins and sales velocity, we could be a fit.
