The past does not equal the future.
We know that today’s market and those we will face for a number of years to come bear little relationship to that of the last decade and beyond. The techniques and strategies that got us here are not going to be the ones to get us out of it. Excess demand enabled many industries (none more than real estate) to keep doing basically the same things, while the world around us was changing. Evolution is no longer just a choice, it is the essence of business success, and those who embrace it can prosper. Waiting for the market/economy /government to save you by doing the same old things is like waiting for a train at a station that had its track ripped up.
We believe in proof and evidence, not hunches and hope. As a result the Fingerprint Strategy is a scientifically backed approach to enable sales at higher prices in shorter time periods for 2009 and beyond, not looking back to 2005.
